Returns

At Warehouses Central, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the following criteria:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
  • Certain items, such as personalized products or clearance items, may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
